The Stories of a Journey is a large-scale work of art that tells the deeply personal stories of four Dallas cancer survivors. The installation overlooking Cancer Survivors’ Plaza is Downtown Dallas’ Newest Public Work of Art depicting the life-changing struggles and triumphs through a dynamic timeline. Each turn in the artwork represents a pivotal moment and every color connects the work to a specific detail or place in the survivor’s journey. The four chapters in the one-hundred-sixteen-foot work of art tells an individual survivor’s story. Transforming the skybridge over Pearl Street into a striking visual narrative of strength and perseverance.
