GSES Art

Each turn in the line, ‘I am more than what you see’, installed at Good Sheperd Episcopal School was created from the 32 significant moments of the school’s history. In 2022, this commission marked the first large-scale installation supported alongside an in-school curriculum created for art students of GSES. The work connects a journey and the viewer together by creating a physical intersection to the most meaningful moments and choices from the story of the subject’s life, place and time. The students were invited to document their own histories in hopes of creating a supportive lesson to understand the right and wrong choices and moments of your life can lead you forward, making you stronger
